Is this totally unreasonable?😅 opinions?

So I met this guy on Instagram (I thought he was really cute and messaged him lol). We instantly connected. Unfortunately he's in the army so we havent been able to meet yet and im going crazy I miss him so bad😔 we talk otp or facetime every night and so far weve been able to text everyday so weve become super close. He's literally my best friend. So I'm turning 19 tomorrow and I was wondering if it would be totally unreasonable for me to ask my parents if me, my cousin, and her bf could drive the 4 hours so I could meet him finally😍 he was trying to come home for my birthday but when he asked they told him that he had to stay in a certain radius... just our luck. His house is too far away so he's super depressed already bc now he feels like he's stuck there. I was trying to stay positive to him about it bc he's sad but i literally feel so depressed now😔
