Follow up....pelvic cramps and BFN!!!

Last night was crucial...pelvic cramps were bad on both sides....so I called my ob dr and told her what was going on...BFN & all that other stuff....said to wait a week or 2 and if no AF then test again....another tww???!!! Aghhhhh!!! How do I stay calm???
