When to tell

How far along were you behind you started telling everyone?? 
I'm only 5 weeks and so far I have told 2 friends and my parents and sister and my husbands parents and siblings... I don't go to the doctor for another 4 weeks... I'm dying to tell people!!

I'm 4 weeks 6 days, and we've told both our immediate families (parents, siblings, nieces/nephews) as well as 3 of my closest friends (2 of whom are also pregnant). After my first midwife appt at 7 weeks, we'll expand that to a few more close friends, then start telling everyone gradually after that as it feels right. No social media announcement until at least 12 weeks. My criteria is that whoever I tell at this point, I have to also want them to know if I suffered a miscarriage.

We have told our parents / step parents, 1 of my closest friends and someone from my work (needed for appointments etc). I'm bursting to tell others, especially our siblings but as some are young I don't think they would take it well if anything went wrong!

I'm dying to tell too but had 2 miscarriages before our daughter so we wait til we see the baby hopefully at 8 weeks then tell family then end of 1st trimester tell everyone.

I'm 5 weeks 2 days. So far I've only told my husband. I'm going to wait a couple more weeks before I tell my parents and sister. It's driving me crazy tho! I know they will be so excited and I just want to tell them!
