I have seen my period since August 17th

I have not seen my period since August 17th, I took 5 tests 4 were negative and 1 was a positive...the first 2 test was negative and the 3rd test was positive and the last two was negative...i have been nauseated and so was my husband....i have also been tired and getting heatburn..
