Due 25th sept

Hi I'm due 25th so I'm 4dpo noticed my stomach is feeling hard and heavy. Have a sicky feeling off and on had a big temp spike today (not sure if that means anything first time charting) having some mild cramping too. Has anyone else had this and been pregnant?
