Was it easier to get pregnant the second time around?

We are currently ttc for our second baby. It's only been two months, but my last fertile window (according to glow), we only had sex two times, because my SO is currently exhausted from starting a company and working all the time. I feel like it's going to take forever like this, I'm so horny and frustrated since my IUD got removed! 😝😫😅

Took 12 months with the first. I stopped smoking cigarettes 2 months before I got pregnant with her. My second took 4 months to conceive. So second was faster but I'm wondering if the cigarettes didn't play a roll in me not getting pregnant.
