Is it possible?

So me and my husband were ttc for about 4 months late last year and when nothing happened we re-evaluated and just said we’d wait and start trying again later this year and hope for more luck. That being said, we had a little uh-oh about a week after my “predicted” ovulation, (I only track my periods so not sure how accurate the prediction of ovulation are) and now I’m 4 days late. Could I have ovulated later than the app shows and be pregnant? My boobs are sore but idk if it’s pregnancy sore or not !

Im trying not to get my hopes up!
