I need a success story!

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a year. I had a Chemical pregnancy in Jul and was so happy when we found out we were pregnant at the end of September. At the end of October I lost twins. It took up until the end of December for the HCG to go down to normal. All of test are normal. I have to start progesterone after ovulation and lovenox as soon as I’m pregnant.

My husband just had his SA completed and he his sperm motility is considered normal but on the very low end. (his is 41 and everything over 40 is normal).. Any one else’s husband have this issue and still had a successful pregnancy. I am emotionally and mentally drained. 😫
