Daycare abuse and neglect

My son has been consistantly scratched and bit at daycare and staff are very unprofessional and even sometimes dont tell me. Also they blamed him for what happened to him. I asked them for notice to leave. They wont give me back my deposit which is two weeks tuition of daycare. I also was told he has to do two weeks there. What would you do as a parent. I have spoken to the staff and director five times already, not including notifying director of him leaving. Would you just take your child out and not giving two weeks notice due to neglect and abuse?

The kids there did that to him and the staff shrugged it off and neglected him.
