Am I miscarring?

I am 7 weeks. Yesterday had a transvaginal sonogram and last night i started bleeding. Not enough to wear a pad but enough to know it wasn't spotting. I've passed two tiny clots and the blood has lightened to a pink but now my cervical mucus is creamy with reddish purple clumps. I also have light cramping or its in my head i don't know. 
I had a stillborn at 30 weeks 3 months ago so this is my miracle rainbow. 
Is this from the sono? Am I starting to miscarry? I am terrified and my Dr is out today.

Your dr should have told you that it is possible to or common to spot after transvaginal ultrasounds, pelvic exams and even sex. As long as it's not heavy and no period like cramping accompany it.

Also I'm very sorry for your loss. I know how you feel. I lost my baby girl at 30 weeks last October and found out I was pregnant 4 months later.  I'm currently 30 weeks with a baby boy.

I hope you have a happy and healthy 9 months.

I had a miscarriage the next day after a transvaginal u/s. Everything was fine no indication of a miscarriage. I have a incomptent cervix, now with this baby I won't get any transvaginal until later on. They are able to see everything through a abdominal u/s..

Just test, drink lots of water, keep your feet up and do as little as possible til u can consult your doctor. FX it is just from the ultrasound.

It is normal to bleed a lil after transvaginal...once it stops is the main thing!!!If it were me I'd probably give them a lil call just to say it's happened so they could maybe bring you back a little sooner than you would have been so you can have some reassurance xxx

Normal after a sonogram actually😊 A miscarriage is so much more blood (I've had 4) but I totally understand that after a loss all you do is worry!! I'm sorry
