Since I had a miscarriage in March at about 8 weeks, the Dr. Did a vaginal ultrasound today to see how far along I was..the ultrasound showed no gestational sac :( . He went ahead and took blood and I have to go back in two days to take my blood again to see if my levels increased. I'm so upset and disappointed. Is there a chance I'm still pregnant, or do you think I'm just going to miscarry again? I'm heartbroken and can't stop crying..I really thought my rainbow was here
