azoospermia is our problem.

My husbands SA just came back as nothing. Nada. Zero. They sent him in for a 2nd test and we are waiting for the results again. We are devastated. Been ttc now for a year. Has anyone else conceived with an azoospermia diagnosis?
Did you have to go ivf or iui or donor??
