Food for 10 m/o?

So, I have a 10mo. She eats finger snack crackers, and mashed potatoes lol I’m not sure what else to feed her for breakfast lunch dinner... when I try to give her what I’m eating she throws it up.. any tips???

You can give her eggs, avocado, soft fruits, carrots, sweet potatoes, etc. any soft food is fine really

you might need to experiment with different textures. perhaps, with your mashed potatoes, mash them less so there are more lumps. 
scrambled eggs and regular oatmeal are good too.

Give her anything but honey, peanuts, gummy type things, and popcorn. Pancakes are a hit for my kids. And fruit. Dry cereals and soft fruit bars.

I usually give mine Cheerios for breakfast. Sometimes she eats them, sometimes she doesn’t. 🤷🏻‍♀️ for lunch I give her either a purée out of the container and a purée pouch and a mum mum cracker. For dinner it’s usually the same. Sometimes she has what we’re having, just depends on what it is.
