I would talk to your pediatrician. Sometimes they don't recommend travel until baby has had first round of vaccines.
Traveling with newborn?
My brother in law is my Lil ones godfather and he lives 3hrs away from us in Charlotte, NC!! He just started worked at the college there so it would be impossible for him and his wife to come to us. My question is when is a good time to travel with my newborn? We're also trying to spend Thanksgiving with them but want them to see baby before that!

I have a shower on 10/24. Hoping to go to see my significant others family then with the baby. If i get induced on 13th at 41w she'll be almost 2 weeks old. I am due 10/6.Its about 3 1/2 hours but they made the drive for my shower so i wanna make it for her too.

i have only 4 weeks off work, so yeah staying a hermit isn't an option for me. I will be a bit picker who holds her till she has her first vaccines but thats it.

Im due 10/13!! A lot of people have me so scared of going and its going to be cold and he might get the flu. They have me so scared that i just want to stay inside until he's 3 months.
