anterior placenta

do any other mommy’s have their placenta in the front , did it cause any complications with labor and is it more likely i’ll have back labor , im 31 weeks and i’ve been able to feel baby move since about 18 weeks . and i know with anterior placentas some mommy’s can’t feel baby move until they are much bigger .. also 3D pics don’t come out good because my placenta is in the way of my cupcakes little face 😡😡 but anyways my questions is , have any moms had complications with labor because of an anterior placenta ?
