I miscarried my third pregnancy last month baby stopped growing and HB stopped. I decided to do the medication induction due to having two D&Cs already.

Two weeks after I was still contracting and hemorrhaging mildly, HCG was in the 600s..

So I did a second round of meds and I ended up in the ER hemorrhaging out that night. In the ER my HCG was in the 400s.

I needed a hospital stay emergency surgery and a blood transfusion.

Fast forward a week after surgery my hCG level was 35. And that was on Thursday.

We have been trying since one week after the surgery since the doctor was OK with it and that is how we conceived our daughter. So please no judgements.

I got a slight (maybe) positive LH surge on Saturday, and so today I decided just to take a pregnancy test because I stopped spotting this past weekend. It’s slightly positive. The brand states it picks up a positive at 50, so I’m confused. I know I can wait or get another blood test but I just want some opinions on this!
