Advice anyone?

So I went to my doctor today and I tried telling her my hands legs feet and face started swelling Saturday suddenly she didn’t look at anything and told me it was probably just an allergic reaction so today it happens again but I also tried talk to her about having dizziness spells in the last week with seeing black spots and pain in my upper belly I don’t know what to do at this point because my doctor wouldn’t listen to me any advice what to do? I’m 29 weeks I haven’t been on my feet or anything
