Heartburn on another level 🔥 ONLY at night?!

Why is my heartburn bad only after 10pm? I mean it's continuously been starting up after that time and I dont understand. Any know why or experience this? Does this mean my little guy will have hair 😆😉

Lying down makes acid reflux worse because...well, gravity! The heart burn is because of acid reflux so it makes sense that it's worse at night. Mine is too and it sucks 😣 Taking a Tums before bed (but not every night) seems to help me at least a little!

Gravity when you lay down, too big of a dinner will make it worse too. I take a Zantac before bed but even then I still wake up with reflux lots of nights.
