What do Braxton Hicks feel like?

Question

I never had them with my first & when I finally went into labor with her, she was flipped & I had back labor. So I don’t know what “regular” contractions feel like. 
I’ve felt like garbage all day with slight cramping on-and-off. The cramps feel like trapped gas & it makes me question if it actually IS just gas?
I’m 25weeks.

Braxton Hicks feel just.. for me it made it hard to breathe for a few seconds. Everything in my abdomen feeling really tight. 
If something to eat or drink and moving your position doesn’t relieve it then it might be something else.

I’m currently 26 weeks and I just have a real tightening sensation and my tummy goes really hard. It doesn’t hurt or feel overly uncomfortable.
