“Gaslight a Girl” help spread the message please! All women should be aware of this so they can recognize it!

I came across this on the internet and I am so disturbed. I realize it’s not only men gaslighting women but people of all genders gaslight people of all genders. I’ve seen this behavior in family relationships, friendships, romantic relationships and professional/business relationships. The fact that there are “guides” such as this on how to do it is disgusting to me. I used to be in denial that people did this intentionally, so my hope with posting this is that anyone who is still in denial about it will wake up and see the truth. If you’re being gaslighted and don’t know it, the first step to waking up is recognizing the signs. If someone does these things to you, nows the time to recognize it and do something about it. Knowledge is power.
