Advice please!!! 😢

Samantha

So I just recently started a new job I have worked very hard to get, now the problem is with all my old positions I held working at the other school district as a crossing guard, one on one helper for students and a yard duty I was always home the latest 2 in the afternoon so I was able to spend plenty of time with my husband and our daughter but now with my new position I just started I have be in by 6 in the morning and I'm not off till 4 plus I take the bus home which is an hour because I take two buses so by the time I get home I can barely spend time with my family because before I know it it's already time for me to get ready and start again. now I need advice because I noticed lately it's taking a toll on my daughter and I kinda broke down last night in front of my husband because I told him that I knew that these long hours would affect our daughter and today when I got home she was very clingy and began to cry (she's 5 and goes to school) I knew it was because I had been coming home later in the day now and not really getting to spend enough time with her which is killing me now 😢 now I'm the main provider for my family because my husband has health issues and can't work and he's tried applying for social security for disability but he got denied but with this new job it's going to secure us financially I just don't know what to do about my daughter and her feeling sad about me not being home as much now.

My new job is a teacher's aide but for behavioral challenged kids and the reason I get off work at 4 is because I go with the bus driver to drop off the students
