MultiVite bites!

Hi all, hoping for some advice. I'm in my second trimester with our first and trying to find a vitamin that doesn't make me super sick. I was taking the Garden oh life RAW prenatal and after about a month figured out it was making me very gassy... To the point I would take a capsule and 30 minutes later my pants would not fit!

It turns out it has some A1 casein in it, which I cannot tolerate.

I switched to the Mama Bird AMPM prenatals. These are touted as Vegan (hopefully not nutrient poor), but regardless whether I take them in AM or PM, they give me horrendous heartburn. When I don't take any vitamins I feel totally fine.

Have you found a vitamin you like that sits well with you and has folate and other vitamins in less than the 3666% RDV?
