Negative pt is now Positive?????

I was about to take out my trash and noticed a pregnancy test from yesterday. Initially it was negative and now it has a very bright positive line...so I was curious I put on some gloves from work and found an even older test and from this weekend and it has a faint positive. Has this ever happened to anyone else and if so did you turn out pregnant??

I took a pt digital it said pregnant.. So an hour and a half later I forced a pee onto a first response .. I didn't see a line immed so I too threw it out ..well about 5-10mins I took it out the trash and looked again bc my digital was postive and I was confused and there was a faint pink line... The new first response do not act like the old ones at all.... The color will intensify with time.. The evap line does not have color ... So if there is any pink line I say yes Preggo!!! Give it 48hrs and retake and be patient and watch the darn test before trashing it lol... Give it some time ... At least 3 mins like it says on the box

If it has no color evap. If it's pink it's positive. Regardless of length of time.

Try restarting...and look at it with in the correct time frame

Yes! It happened to me with both of my pregnancies. So you really could be pregnant!

If this was more than 10 minutes after you took the test, it is invalid. Also if this test was taken after several hours, it's very likely an evap line.
