I take prenatals plus one fish oil an one vitamin c a day an my doctor says I couldn't be in better health with my little one. I had read that if you don't eat fish at least 3 times a week it's good to take the supplements that way it develops babies brain better.

Yes, but only because my prenatals don't contain DHA. Many prenatal vitamins do, I just had no clue when I bought mine.
