Two questions! I just went through my first miscarriage. Baby stopped growing at 9 weeks. My body naturally miscarried at 12 weeks.

1) I miscarried on Monday two days ago. My bleeding has gotten pretty light. Is that normal? Is it possible that there is a clot or something blocking my cervix? I feel like I read on here all the time that people bleed heavy for a while.

2) I’m having some almost cramp like pain in my lower abdomen. It’s almost like gassy pain. Very dull. Any thoughts on what it might be? I was thinking maybe my organs are rearranging now that my uterus is shrinking? Or do you think I still have clots I need to pass?? It’s very different than my period cramps and the cramps when my body was miscarrying. Should I try pushing more? I don’t want to hurt myself 😅

I would love to hear your experiences especially if they were similar to mine.
