Sitting here at 3am

My AF is due today/tomorrow. We've been off and on TTC #2. Two chemical pregnancies this year and a PCOS diagnosis. Started Metformin and decided to wait to TTC after our trip to India in February 2016.... And I'm sitting here in the bathroom with the worst nausea & dry heaving at 3 freakin' AM. Think I should test tomorrow?
