Can’t put daughter down!

So two weeks ago my daughter was sent home from daycare with a fever. It broke that night, but of course she was wanting to be held and cuddled a lot. I kept her home the next day. No fever, but she was still wanting to be held. I’m sure she still didn’t feel well.

Well it’s been two weeks and I cant put her down! She starts crying right way to be picked up. It’s the same at daycare. They say she is needy and wanting attention all day. Sometimes I can put her down for 10 minutes or so, but that’s the max.

She’s just turned 7 months old. I don’t think it’s teething as she stops fussing as soon as I pick her up. When our son was teething he would still fuss in our arms.

She also was only waking up once a night. Now she’s up 3-4 times and at times will fuss for an hour or more (that seems more like teething to me).

Any thoughts, tips, or advice? She needs to be able to play on the floor again!
