I've been trying to conceive 21 months an that was after a m/c 6 months before that. Been for all the necessary checks at the hospital an all was ok, I was told I could start <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> didn't want to as everything was ok an it would cost 5k an I don't have that money right now. Anyways I've been taking all the vitamins for women an decided my fiancé should start taking a men's vitamin so brought a high zinc one also has folic acid in too. He's been taking them the last month an am 4 days away from my period an feel it might just be my month. Done a test an got a faint line.. If your men aren't taking anything get them on zinc tablets ladies!!!
