Baby growing too fast ,any risks?

So today I went in for my ultra sound and was told babies growth is 98%,super high right .My husband and I are very petite and my Ob doc was surprised and couldn't explain why.She told me she will have to do diabetes test next appointment. Im 120 pounds my highest ever. I'm worried sick. Anyone with similar experience and everything turned out Okay? Any word of encouragement please.

Both my boys measured big the whole time. High 90s. I’m also pretty petite. No gestational diabetes with either. 
My first son ended up being 9lb 5oz. Had him naturally and tore a lot but you heal quickly. He had a huge head too. But no birth complications like they told me I may be at risk for.He’s now 13 and really tall and fit. He’s just always been a big boy!
Baby number 2 is now 5 months old. He was 10lb at birth. Always measured big. No diabetes or any issues. Had a c-section with him.
I just have big babies. Nothing to be concerned about. Big babies are usually very healthy too and are less likely to have developmental delays 😊.

Shoulder distocia is the biggest risk. They may just induce around 38 weeks (still considered full term) if getting too big toward the end in order to allow you to deliver vaginally if baby is in the right position.

My daughter measured large through out the entire pregnancy. So much so they thought she was going to 11lbs plus at birth. I was tested and never had gestational diabetes, I only gained 20lbs with her, and when I had her she was 8lbs 8oz (still big, but no 11+lbs!). We were born healthy the entire time. Something to take into consideration. What are the baby’s father’s genetics. I’m short and not skinny but not big. My daughters dad is 6’3’’ and 220lb 🤷‍♀️. I hope everything is healthy and safe for you and your baby!
