Leg pain, frozen foot
So this is the second night this has happened. I am 26+5.
I will be laying reclined on the couch and the bottom of my leg will start to feel like it’s about to cramp. (It doesn’t hurt, just that feeling before your leg cramps up) well I’ll get up to try to stop the “cramp” and my foot will turn inwards and kinda up and freeze. Like I’ve popped it out of place. It will turn red and it will not move. Yesterday I completely freaked out and cried thinking I somehow pop my ankle out of place standing up. But it doesn’t hurt! Today when it did that and turned in and locked I put all my weight on it and kept walking. It went back to normal after a few minutes. This is something I’ll talk to my doctor about my next appointment. I thought maybe it is my potassium so I am going to improve on eating bananas. I drink plenty of water so I know it’s not that. It’s just really weird and I’ve never heard of this happening at all.
Have any of you had this? How did you stop it from happening. It’s just scary when it happens. Like what if it doesn’t unlock? Ugh
(The picture is not me, it’s just how my foot looks but red)
