Daith Piercing

So I got my Daith piercing done approximately 2 weeks ago, everything was going fine for the first week, but now it’s starting to hurt more than before. I really hope it’s not infected and I have to take it out cuz it hurt like a bitch so that would be a waste😂 How can I tell if it’s getting infected, and what cleaner do you guys recommend because I think the cleaner might be the issue even though I’ve been cleaning it 2-3 times everyday? It’s kind of red and sometimes when I cleaned the upper part a yellow kind of crust is on the q-tip, any ideas or recommendations will help!
