Tips for feeding 7 month old
My son will be 7 months on the 13th. We have had the okay from his pediatrician to start feeding him solids and high allergy foods since his 6 month check up, but I’m not sure what to feed him and how. We have a little mesh feeder to put fruits in and he LOVES it, but what about other foods? Like eggs, peanut butter, veggies...etc.
