Am I still ovulating?

So my husband is a firefighter so timing is so hard for us. I'm using the sticks to predict ovulation. Monday morning not ovulating, yesterday morning I got 2 lines so I'm ovulating. My husband is, of course, at work. He comes home today. Is that too late? I had 2 lines this morning...but one was lighter than yesterdays. Thanks ladies!!

Was the test line as dark or darker than the control line? That's the only time a test is considered positive. Once positive, you will ovulate within the next 24-48hr. And the egg will live for 12-24hr once you ovulate.

Right! So is the egg still there to be fertilized? Or is is literally just there for yesterday?

For it to be positive the test line must be the same color or darker than the control line.
