Long post - Sleep regression
😩ðŸ˜ðŸ˜©
I do not know what to say except this is harder than when she was a newborn... At least she would sleep for periods of time so I could too.
Starting this week, she wakes up probably every hour, sometimes less. I can't tell WHAT she wants but realized I am falling into this trap (see picture) mostly because I want her to stop crying and waking up my husband who has work early lol. Plus I have had so little sleep I can't remember which time Ive fed her. Sleep deprivation is making my brain mush.

Some background...
EBF, daughter will be 4 months on Sunday.
Before, she would eat between 8-10 depending on her last nap (husband usually does bottle then) and sleep for five hours straight, "wake" to feed, then I'd get another three or so more hours. When she was sleeping, she would be asleep, only waking to eat and back down again. During the day she sleeps only thirty minutes and is eating every two hours. She tries to take a long morning nap (9 to forever if I let her) but I try to wake her then so she might sleep more at night... Not sure if that helps or not.
Now... She is crying out constantly... Half asleep. Its the exact description I read about four month sleep regression, that she is now in waking from sleep cycles naturally like we all do, but she doesn't have the skills to self soothe yet.
I did NOT do my research. Please recommend any books, websites, magic swaddles, extra strong coffee, or share your experiences / struggles lol.
Also, here is her picture so you can see at least she is super cute and worth all of this stress and torment 😂. Lyra Grace:
