Maca Root , EPO, and Royal Jelly all together or in combination with each other ??

I am taking royal jelly and Vitex together. Thinking of adding maca root as well. I haven't tried epo yet, though!

What's EPO? I do Maca root and these little herbal pills. My acupuncturist told me that you have to cook the maca root powder so I add it to boiling water, add cocoa powder and chill it. Then add to my daily smoothie. It doesn't taste so bad that way.
