Iron supplements?

My doctor told me to start taking iron along with my prenatals since I take the gummies; but I forgot to ask how much i should take! Any suggestions?

My Dr. told me to specifically purchase Slow Fe. My prenatals have iron. I've been taking them for almost a year but my iron levels are still low.

Watch out, iron can make you constipated! Make sure you drink a lot of water to help counteract it!

Check Walmart, they have vitamins and it'll tell you how often and how much.

If you go to Walmart they have the iron supplements right next to the prenatals, it says 27mg which is the recommended dose! ☺️
