Husband won’t help

Hi ladies- I need to vent. My husband is great, great with the babies (we have 6 month old twins!), great breadwinner and provider and great partner but recently he hasn’t been helping as much. We both work full time but I am always the one who has to stay home when they’re sick. I am also the one who organizes everything- picks out their clothes for the week, makes the baby food and packs the diaper bag. He does help with washing bottles and bath time but sometimes he’ll go to happy hour after work without telling me and either come home after I’ve already started bath time or miss it completely. I’m starting to get super frustrated and not really sure how to handle this. I’ve talked to him several times about it- to me it feels very selfish when he knows I’m at home dealing with fussy babies (UNIVERSAL FUSSY TIME!).... I don’t know how to make him understand that I need more help. Bathing 2 babies with one parent is nearly impossible! I’ve said it a thousand times. He just expects me to do everything because I’m the mom... any advice?!?!?
