Pregnancy after ruptured ectopic and letrozole?

Question

I had no trouble with baby number 1. Had a ruptured ectopic 15 mos ago. Have been using OPKs for few months. Had labs drawn to check fertility- both of us checked out normal. I’m 39 and would love one more baby. I’ve tried two rounds of letrozole- currently mid cycle waiting to test in a few weeks. 
Anyone else have any success stories to share?

I had s miscarriage in January skipped trying the next cycle then took Femara and conceived first time trying! I’m now 7 weeks and I’ve seen baby and heartbeat on ultrasound!

I had a ruptured ectopic Dec 2017 leaving me with only my left tube. Started trying again March 2018. I had a early miscarriage April and August. I fell pregnant again Late Oct ( oddly the same cycle in the year as the Ectopic) just before I turned 40 in the December. I’m now 25 weeks with a much loved little girl due in July. Good luck and keep the faith xxx
