Trying to get my man in the mood

Hello all....so my bf and I are on different schedules he works at night and I work during the day. He gets home at about 12:30 in morning I try to take a nap before he comes home so I can try to stay up with him for a little bit to see how his day was and so we can be together. I am usually the one who initiates having sex but he isn't always in the mood cause his job is a labor job and is tired. I need some help to try to get him in the mood.....I'm also trying to get pregnant but I think I have made having sex more of a job and that is not good. Please help me to get my man to want to have sex with me. Thank you!
