Gas and poop pain
Anyone else having terrible gas pain and painful poops already? I’m 22 and a half weeks and feel like I’m going to die some days 😫 it started about a week ago and I feel like I can’t catch a break. I literally lose sleep because of it. I’ve been more active, eating more fiber, drinking lots of water, etc. and nothing seems to help 😭 I don’t know how I’m going to get through these next 4 months especially working full time
