Pumping advice
I see a lot of women mentioning that they don't get much milk when they pump. A trick no was told about years ago that has always helped me is to nurse baby on one side and pumping tge other. Nursing baby gets your breast to fill up and let down which makes pumping awesome. Just thought I'd share.
