So some back story. Ive been on the nexplanon implant since 6 weeks pp in February 2018. Ive been on this for many many years prior to my pregnancy and never had spotting, periods etc. Now at over a year later last month i woke up covered in blood and with severe cramps. We ruled it out as a possible cyst eruption but now for going on 4 weeks ive had constant brown spotting 24/7. My doc doesnt have any openings until the end of the month and im at loss of what could cause this after no symptoms for over a year

Has anyone else experienced anything like this at all?
