What is Pelvic Pressure

Question

I feel like I might be explaining things wrong when I tell my doctor.  What exactly is pelvic pressure?

For me when I think of pelvic pressure I relate it to feeling like the baby is trying to push its way out or like it's going to fall out of my vagina haha literally. Like my vagina/pelvic floor are being pushed and pulled at.

I am feeling the lower abdomen pressure at 15 weeks. Guessing this is normal. This is my first pregnancy. I have no pain except the round ligament pain.

For me, painless pelvic pressure was when it felt like baby wanted to stick a hand out and wave.  Painful pressure was feeling the front pubic bone spreading at the joint (perhaps the closest to understanding how a guy feels when given the knee.) 😳
