How early for twins?

Hey ladies, what is the earliest you can get a confirmation from a scan that you are having twins ?

My doc looked at my 6 week bloodwork and confirmed it was only one baby due to the hgc levels.

We found our twins on an ultrasound at 6 weeks 5 days. My HCG was 2800 at 4 weeks exactly, but from what I read on here many twin moms had normal range and many Singleton moms had high. No solid correlation across the board.

Really depends on the babies first pregnancy I found out at 14 weeks.... 
while my sister didn’t find out until 6 months in

I found out at 12 weeks but I know in America you can find out as early as 6
