Giving up shaving ?

So basically the time has come for me to stop shaving downstairs lmao. 
I was so relieved last dr appointment she didn’t check me below because I swear it looked like Edward scissor hands gave my vag a haircut 😂 
So instead of being embarrassed of having patches and such I’d rather just let the jungle grow freely.  
Anyone else ? I’m also 29 weeks

I only shaved the top mound part since I found out I'm pregnant because my ob said it'll help prevent yeast and bv infection. But I'm so big for my gestation my husband just told me I should just give up 😂 he yells "THE FOREST HAD RECLAIMED THE LAND" every time he sees me naked 😂😂😂

Even when I’m not pregnant i embrace the beast lol sometimes I shave it all and sometimes I just trim. That goes for pits, legs and lady bits. Last pregnancy I got an infected ingrown down there that my midwife had to lance (ouch) and she said “ you know we don’t care if you have hair “. So after a certain point I just go full on Chewbacca 😁 my partner loves me either way. We are mammals- mammals have hair.

I’m still shaving down there at 27 wks but only like 2 twice per wk, it is exhausting and basically an extreme sport. Sucks not being able to see but since I’ve been doing it so long i’m pretty good at it. But damn after I like cant even breathe 😂
