Unfortunately they are genetic, so there isn’t a whole lot that can prevent them. I used coconut oil to help with the discomfort that came with the stretching and it helped a lot and smelled amazing!

I had my baby 6 months ago and I didn’t have a ton of stretch marks to begin with but the ones I had have really lightened up. You can barely see them now. I think it’s a combination of sunlight, almond oil and exfoliating.
