Heart palpitations anyone else?

Anyone else getting them? I have had some before off and on before the pregnancy but today omg I can feel them and it’s stopping me in my tracks!

I get them sometimes. Usually brought on by caffeine for me or low potassium.

I’m 28 weeks and I’ve been having them for the last 2 weeks. I’m going to see a cardiologist to get a zio patch on for 2 weeks to be able to monitor my heart. All of my blood tests and urine tests came back normal.

Take your iron. Deficiency can result into anaemia if not felt with.

Heart palpitations can also be caused by low iron! I had them quite frequently and had my iron levels tested, now I’m on iron tablets 3 times a day
