20days late!! Mild cramping for weeks bfn

Iv been having cramping on And off mild. Gets to the point where I’m like this is it go to the bathroom and nothing I have supper sore nipples as well for about 1 1/2 weeks took test 3days ago and got a bfn. Anyone have something similar happened before? And what was the out come?
