Pre diabetic and planning for baby #2 😟

So my bloodwork recently showed I’m on the lower end of the scale, for pre diabetes.. runs in my family... sucks, rt ?? I’m trying to lose 5-10 lbs and eat healthy.. but I suckkkkk at eating healthy..... any advice ? What should I eat? Lol how often? I’ll start with cutting out soda, lattes and any sugary drinks or sweets... 😑... I HAVE to commit and really make a change... my baby needs a healthy mama and if I plan to conceive again, I need to be in good shape... hoping to see results within a month.. starting with 20 minutes on elliptical, today.. and a few weight exercises..
