Took two tests in the space of 24 hours and got two different results? Period is around 5 days late but bled slightly after sex the other night but nothing since. I’ve had lower back pain and slight cramps? Pictures of both tests attached , the bottom one was taken yesterday and the top one was taken with my first pee this morning?

They are pregnancy tests from the hospital someone I know works there and brought me them home, not digital
